This concept preview was prepared by Clavren for 20xMedia. It is not 20xMedia’s official website. Contact forms and appointment requests are disabled, and there is no inquiry-collection endpoint. The service-policy wording below is proposed content for the business to review before an official launch.

Cloudflare serves this static preview and may process technical request information to deliver and secure it. Interactive examples run in your browser. Google Maps is optional and loads only after you request it.

2. Who we are

20xMedia LLC (“20xMedia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital, marketing, AI, and consulting services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area of Texas. This policy explains how we handle personal information through this website and in connection with inquiries about our services.

3. Information you provide

This preview does not collect consultation requests, contact details, preferred appointment times, or messages. It does not generate request references or store inquiries. The contact page displays a note explaining that the preview is not connected.

Please do not put passwords, payment card details, health information, or other sensitive information into demonstration interfaces. If you independently contact the business by email or telephone, that communication occurs outside this preview.

4. Information processed automatically

Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested page, time, and errors, to deliver and secure this preview. There is no contact-form server or form-specific IP rate limiting in this static deployment.

This website does not currently use advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or tracking cookies. Fonts and artwork are served with the website. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this policy and provide choices where required.

5. How consultation requests work

Consultation requests are disabled in this preview. No form is submitted, no request is saved, and no appointment is booked. The playground’s appointment flow is fictional and stays in the current browser session.

A future official website would need an approved contact and scheduling provider and a privacy policy describing its actual information handling. This preview does not enroll visitors in marketing SMS or automated calls.

6. Interactive examples and third-party maps

The business opportunity calculator processes the figures you enter only in the current browser page. Those figures are not saved or sent to our server. Its results are illustrative calculations based on your inputs, not a quote or confirmed business outcome.

The sample assistants, service animations, and AI playground are scripted demonstrations. Playground choices and messages remain in the current page session and are not sent to an AI provider or saved on our server. The playground uses a fictional business and sample contact information; it does not make real bookings, capture real leads, or contact anyone. The animated voice examples do not access your microphone, record audio, or make calls.

The Google map is loaded only after you select “Load Google map.” Loading it connects your browser to Google and discloses technical information, such as your IP address and browser details. Google may use cookies and process information under its own privacy policy. You may use the website without loading the map. External research links also take you to websites with their own privacy practices.

7. How information is shared

We may share relevant information with service providers that support hosting, security, email delivery, and the services you request, only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing. Limited disclosure to vendors that help deliver requested messaging or provide support may occur only as needed to perform those services.

8. SMS and automated communications

The terms supplied by 20xMedia identify +1 (682) 345-8036 as the registered A2P number. This website does not itself enroll visitors in SMS campaigns or initiate automated calls. If you separately opt in to a messaging program, the consent notice for that program describes its purpose and message frequency. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop messages, reply STOP to the sending number. For help, reply HELP or email info@20xmedia.net. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from responding to a service request by a channel you have requested. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.

9. Retention and security

We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to address your request, provide agreed services, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the type of record and the purpose for which it is used. You can contact us to request deletion of an inquiry.

We use measures designed to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, and loss. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Access to inquiry records should be limited to people who need them for the purposes described here.

10. Your choices and requests

You may decline to provide optional information, avoid loading third-party maps, and contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights, including access, a copy of your information, or the ability to object to certain processing.

Send requests to info@20xmedia.net and describe the information or request involved. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Where applicable, we will respond within the period required by law and explain if an exception prevents us from fulfilling a request. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.

11. Children and international visitors

Our services are intended for adults acting for themselves or their businesses. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

We operate in the United States. Information you provide may be processed in the United States or wherever relevant service providers operate, where privacy protections may differ from those in your location.
